    Share your business problem

    Describe the problem you are facing and the result you need. Include the systems you already run and your timeline, or simply the outcome you want once the work is done.

    I assess the brief

    I review your requirements and confirm whether the work fits my expertise. If it does, we agree on scope and approach. If it does not, I tell you honestly rather than take on work I cannot deliver well.

    We agree scope and terms

    We document what is included, what is out of scope, and how we will measure success. I provide a transparent quote based on that agreed scope, with no hidden costs.

    Delivery and handover

    You receive the source code, clear documentation, and run instructions, so your team can operate and maintain the work after I have finished.

Questions

How do you price projects?
I quote per project after reviewing your brief, once the scope is clear. For less defined work, we agree a fixed first phase before committing to the full build. I do not publish a rate card.
Who owns the code?
You do, once payment is settled, unless the agreement specifies a license. Any open-source components we use keep their own licenses.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. I will sign a non-disclosure agreement before we discuss the details of your project.
What does the documentation include?
Clear instructions to build, run, and maintain the solution, including where credentials live and how to recover when a job fails. It is practical and kept current, not a heavyweight manual.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance?
Yes, for systems that must stay running. After the first delivery, as a separate agreement.
